Full Distributed 4WD
Four wheel-side PMSM motors deliver 144 kW combined peak power, each paired with a planetary gearbox integrated into the upright for a compact wheel package.
High-Voltage Accumulator
Student-designed and manufactured 7.09 kWh / 596.4 V battery pack with an in-house BMS — the same concept that won the Best Accumulator Design award at FSEC 2020.
Driverless Variant — DRd25
Our autonomous sister car runs at 200 Hz control frame rate with sub-200 ms system delay and 14 cm positioning accuracy, enabling fully unmanned dynamic events.
Best System Design — FSEC 2025
DRe25 took home Best System Design Award and Best Manager Award at FSEC 2025 on our way to 2nd overall — breaking a multi-year podium dry spell.

DIAN Racing, the electric Formula Student team of Tongji University, is one of the oldest FSAE electric vehicle teams in China, consistently at the forefront of technological innovation.
