Moving Forward with DIAN

In the DRe25 season, DIAN Racing once again joined hands with Meko, continuing and deepening a strong partnership. Building on the successful collaboration on wheel-side transmission components in the previous season, Meko provided sustained and in-depth technical support and supply chain assurance throughout this season.

The two teams worked closely together, expanding the collaboration from component supply to more advanced engineering design and manufacturing process optimization. With their professional engineering capabilities and profound understanding of racing demands, Meko helped the team further enhance the reliability and performance limits of the race car, jointly tackling the severe challenges on the track.

We sincerely thank Meko for their strong support and companionship during the DRe25 season. This journey together has not only consolidated the foundation of our collaboration but also injected strong momentum into jointly pursuing higher competitive goals in the future.

Saluting Meko’s Technical Support for the DRe25 Season

During the DRe25 season, Meko, with its professional precision manufacturing capabilities, provided solid assurance for the key components of DIAN Racing’s wheel-side drivetrain and steering systems, enabling important breakthroughs in the car’s performance and reliability.

Wheel-side gear reducers serve as the core link in power transmission, demanding extreme structural rigidity, transmission precision, and lightweight design. Leveraging advanced multi-axis CNC machining capabilities and extensive materials and processing experience, Meko employed high-strength aluminum alloy and an integrated precision machining process to achieve high-precision forming of complex tooth profiles, lightweight shell structures, and precise fitting of bearing seats. The resulting gear reducers not only optimized weight but also ensured efficient and stable power transmission, laying a solid foundation for the vehicle’s overall dynamic performance.

Throughout the collaboration, the Meko team demonstrated a high degree of professional coordination and engineering understanding. From drawing alignment and process optimization to quality inspection, they worked closely at every stage, safeguarding the smooth progress of the team’s R&D and testing schedule through rapid response and precise delivery.

Craftsmanship in manufacturing, driving the future. We thank Meko for using technology as their brush to jointly compose every note of precision and reliability on the track with DIAN.

We look forward to continuing our collaboration and creating more possibilities in the next journey.
