2021 marked DIAN Racing’s entry into the driverless category. Built on our 2021 electric platform, DRd21 added the perception, state-estimation, path-planning and control stack needed to race without a driver.
The project laid the groundwork for our continued development of the DRd series alongside every new DRe-generation car — and established the driverless subsystem as a first-class engineering group within the team.
