车队之星 | 马瑞盛:挑战不息 前进不止

大家好,我是马瑞盛,在车队动力组工作快两年了,目前负责车队高压电池的工作。我很喜欢车队的氛围,一群人能为造出一辆好车共同努力,攻克难关,当自己能得到别人的认可也使我十分开心。

这两年中确实让我学到了很多东西。除了基础的设计,分析外,更多的是一份造车的经验。这一学期的电池箱制造过程中我常常在想,如果上学期设计时注意到这些问题,现在装配起来该有多快。车队给予了我们一个把自己的设计化为现实的机会,从电脑里的CAD到实物,确实让人十分欣喜,在这个过程中也能发现自己设计上的不足,从而吸取经验教训。我觉得这在以后的工作中将是一份宝贵的财富。

高压电池算得上是车上最繁琐及危险的系统之一了,去年开始接手这一工作,确实让我学到了许多。任何一个小小的操作,乘上几百块电池都成了非常耗费时间以及耐心的工作,任何一个小小的失误,都会可能造成短路产生大电流。近期高压电池终于完成了测试,能够上车。在此也要感谢学长的指点和学弟的帮助。

这个赛季车队挑战了许多先进的方案,同时也产生了许多问题,从而造成了制造进度的不断推后。但最让我感动的是,这最后这段备赛期里,所有人都为这辆DRe16早起晚归,在炎热的天气里跑加工,钻孔研磨,调电路。让自己觉得自己的丝毫懈怠都会辜负一群人的努力,如今到了最后的攻坚阶段,也希望车子能成功跑起来,跑出速度。

I am MaRuisheng. I’ve worked for Powertrain Group in Dianracing team for almost twoyears. Now I’m in charge of the high voltage battery.I have always been fascinated by the spirit of this team, the spirit of workingtogether through all difficulties to create a splendid car. And every time whenmy teammates appreciate my work, I feel proud  of myself.

In thepast two years, I learnt way more than basic design and analysis. All days Ispent in this team enriched my experience and operational techniques. Forinstance, when I work on the battery box this term, I find some errors of thedesigning process that lead to trouble in  real practice. The team gives everyonea chance to turn his design into reality. The conversion from a CAD design toan actual product always delights me. We draw lessons and gain improvementsfrom this process. This would benefit my future career life.

Thehigh-voltage battery is one of the most complex and dangerous systems in a car.I’ve learnt a lot since last year I took over this work. As the system consistsof hundreds of batteries, any tiny error would be magnified 288 times. Thanks to ourstruggle and perseverance, the assembling work has recently been finished andthe system has passed the test. I would like to express my gratitude to myseniors for their advice and to my juniors for their help.

This season, our team attempts manyadvanced projects. Yet problems keep cropping up and therefore, the operationlags behind our schedule. Despite all obstacles, everyone arrives at the studioearly and do all these machining, drilling and transferring work late intonight. Torridity never stops our endeavor for the DRe16. At present, standingat the final stage, I will keep fighting in arms with the whole team. I  give mybest wishes to our DRe16, wish it a incredible speed and a stunning new record.
